An ISO 9001 certificate is issued by QA Technic, which proves that the Quality Management System has been certified against best practices standards and found compliant. Issued by a third party certification body / registrar, the certificate lets customers know they can trust that the certified have implemented the necessary internal processes to meet obligations. ISO 9001:2008 is the latest version of the standard which emphasises on continual improvement and customer satisfaction. It applies to the processes of an organization that influence quality. The facility is certified for matching international standards in Quality Management System, Management Responsibility, Resource Management, Product Realisation, Measurement, Analysis and improvement.

Shilpachem has been accredited as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant by the Directorate of Licensing Authority for Ayurveda and Unani Services, Government of India.

The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are prescribed as per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act by Govt. Of India to ensure

• E.U. Certificate of Conformity for manufacture of food supplement as per Regulation (EC) No. issued by European Parliament and the Department of the hygienic of food product dated from.
• Manufacturing Site registration for Herbal with the UAE Ministry of Health in accordance with the Article 65 of the Federal Law No. 3 of 1984
• Raw materials used in the manufacture of drugs are authentic, of prescribed quality and are free from contamination
• The manufacturing facility and the process has been prescribed to maintain the standards
